These Terms govern your use of the Jollof Hearts app, a global dating platform operated by GoSharp Global Services LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a real human — automated accounts and bots are prohibited.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your Account
- One account per person.
- You must use your real identity and your own photos.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post hate speech or discriminatory content
- Share nudity, sexually explicit material, or violent content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
- Engage in scams, solicitation, or commercial activity
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
4. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium plans (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Months) are billed upfront via Paystack.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before renewal.
- You may cancel at any time from in-app settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for partially or fully used subscription periods or consumed credits.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, logos, and software are the property of GoSharp Global Services LTD. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload, but grant us a worldwide license to host and display them within the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the accuracy of profiles, or the outcomes of any interactions arranged through the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 6 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Jollof Hearts is a global platform operated by GoSharp Global Services LTD and is available to users worldwide. These Terms shall be interpreted in line with internationally recognised principles of contract and consumer law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration in a neutral venue agreed by both parties, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
