By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use JollofHearts.

To use JollofHearts, you must:

- Not be prohibited by law from using a dating or social app

2. Your Account
You are responsible for:

- Sexually explicit or pornographic

We may remove any content that violates our rules.
4. Interactions with Other Users
JollofHearts enables you to meet and communicate with other users.
However, you are solely responsible for your interactions.
You agree that:
- JollofHearts does not conduct criminal background checks
- JollofHearts does not verify user identities
- JollofHearts is not liable for user behavior, on or off the platform
Please exercise caution when interacting with others and follow our safety guidelines.
If you believe another user poses a risk, report them immediately within the app.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to do any of the following:
5.1 In the App
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Post explicit sexual content
- Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior
- Use the app for commercial activities or solicitation
5.2 Technical Misuse
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Scrape data or automate interactions
- Interfere with the Service or servers
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violation of these rules may lead to account termination.
6. Paid Services & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
JollofHearts may offer premium features (“Paid Services”).
6.1 Billing
- Payments may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or authorized payment providers
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You may cancel through your device’s subscription settings
6.2 Refunds
All digital purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or the App Store provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, and technology owned by JollofHearts or its licensors is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our assets
- Use our trademarks without written permission

- Continuous availability

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- JollofHearts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for actions of other users
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Paid Services within the last 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those protections may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the Service
- Create safety risks
- Provide false information
You may also delete your account at any time through the app.
Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
